Bob Sulentic
Bob Sulentic has served as President & Chief Executive Officer since December 2012 and assumed the additional role of Board Chair in November 2023. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from Iowa State University. Before becoming CEO, Mr. Sulentic served as President of CBRE and as CFO during the 2009 financial crisis, demonstrating exceptional leadership during challenging times. He began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 and became its President and CEO in 2000 before the company merged with CBRE in 2006.
Emma Giamartino
Emma Giamartino was appointed CFO in July 2021 and oversees CBRE's global finance organization, including controllership, financial planning & analysis, financial risk & assurance, insurance, investor relations, tax, and treasury. She holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Prior to becoming CFO, she served as Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Corporate Development after joining CBRE in February 2018. Before CBRE, she served as Director of Corporate Development at Verizon Communications and worked in Nomura's technology, media and telecommunications investment banking group.
