About Otherwise Brewing
Otherwise Brewing is an award-winning gluten-free craft brewery founded in 2021 and based in San Francisco''s North Beach neighborhood. The brewery produces exclusively gluten-free beers using alternative grains — including quinoa, millet, rice, and buckwheat — rather than barley or wheat, making all of its beers naturally gluten-free and safe for individuals with Celiac disease. Its taproom at 1402 Grant Ave is San Francisco''s only dedicated gluten-free brewery.
