As enterprises deploy AI agents that autonomously access Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and internal APIs, the number of non-human identities per organization is growing 10-50x faster than human identities — creating a security gap that traditional identity and access management (IAM) tools built for human users cannot address.
