Airbase serves mid-market technology companies and was acquired by Paylocity in 2023 for $325M, gaining access to Paylocity's customer base of HR and payroll software users. Prior to acquisition, Airbase raised over $130M from investors including Bain Capital Ventures and First Round Capital.
